Behzad Azadfekr

Owner / CEO

Behzad Azadfekr is an international entrepreneur and business executive with a background spanning real estate, technology, investment and business development across the UAE and Canada.

As founder of Behzad Azad Properties L.L.C. and Crown Haven Holiday Home in Dubai, he focuses on luxury real estate, strategic property investment and premium property management, with particular expertise in Dubai’s prime residential markets. He has also served as Chief Technology Officer at NextAIF in Canada and has been involved in several technology ventures.

His philosophy centres on integrity, discretion, strategic thinking and long-term relationships, with a personalised advisory experience for every client.

Aaron Haniff

HR Director

Aaron has over six years of HR and recruitment experience across the UK and UAE, most of it focused on Dubai’s real estate market. He has worked in both agency and internal recruitment, progressing into senior leadership roles responsible for building teams, developing recruitment strategies and supporting the growth of real estate businesses.

He specialises in sourcing and attracting high-performing real estate professionals, with experience spanning high-volume sales recruitment, headhunting, talent acquisition strategy, onboarding and recruitment process development.

At Velox, Aaron takes a commercially focused approach to talent acquisition, working closely with leadership to build teams that support long-term growth.
